UPT emerged from owning and operating a gym, we observed recognition of a major gap in the PT industry. As a result, we’re dedicated to supporting new and struggling Personal Trainers, helping them succeed in an evolving fitness landscape.
Our mission
UPT’s mission is to reshape the personal training industry. By empowering PTs to build sustainable careers, we’re also improving the experience for gym members. Through our service, we aim to expand the traditional personal training model to align with the changing demands of today’s fitness world.
Why UPT Was Created
Owning and operating a gym, we observed observed the difficulties Personal Trainers face, particularly when starting out. Many trainers struggle to build and sustain a stable business, leading to high turnover in the industry.
Witnessing this firsthand with trainers in our own gyms, we knew something had to change. UPT was created as a solution to bridge this gap, offering trainers the tools, resources, and opportunities to thrive.
Our journey so far
Over the past year, UPT has worked with numerous trainers, both through traditional methods and our new Unlimited Personal Training model. This experience has given us unique insights into the challenges trainers face and the solutions that work.
Our journey has been guided by our commitment to supporting the growth and success of Personal Trainers while meeting the evolving needs of gym members across the UK.
